THE RIGHT WAY TO DRAW WORKSHOP (5 SESSIONS)

DATE: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th November 2014
TIME: 1pm to 3pm
VENUE: The Substation, Classroom 2 (Level2)
FEE: $155.50 + $75 (material fee)

**Material fee payable in cash to the artist-instructor on the first day of workshop.

This workshop will introduce participants to the basic skills required to create convincing representational drawings, as well as examples in which these skills have been applied. At the end of the workshop, participants will acquire a familiarity and confidence with materials such as charcoal and drawing pencils.

The Right Way To Draw workshop is part of The Substation's 2014 Outreach and Education Programmes, Learn*, an Arts Education Programme (AEP) also opened to the public developed to instil and nurture critical thinking and creativity. The workshop is conducted by Tania De Rozario, respected arts practitioner and educator. As an artist, she has been exhibiting her works for over a decade, and lectures at LASALLE College of the Arts.
